A feature that allows for batch import with a CSV file would be helpful and save a lot of time.

Thanks for the suggestion, Dan! This would be fairly difficult to implement as a CSV import due to the fact that there's no standard naming convention for most cigars. We do have a "bulk import" feature planned that should be even easier to use than a CSV import, so stay tuned!
